The "Strategies for Effective School Management and Leadership" is an intensive Erasmus+ course tailored for educators, school staff, and management teams from educational institutions seeking to enhance their leadership skills and optimise school management practices. This course aims to provide participants with comprehensive insights into the key principles, strategies, and best practices required to lead and manage educational institutions effectively in today's dynamic and diverse learning environments.
Participants will have the opportunity to develop their leadership skills by exploring various leadership styles and theories, self-assessing their leadership strengths and areas for growth, and learning how to apply effective leadership practices to inspire and motivate their teams. Throughout the course, educators and school management teams from diverse cultural backgrounds will have the opportunity to exchange ideas, experiences, and best practices from their respective educational systems, fostering a multicultural environment that encourages networking and the establishment of international collaborations. Participants will gain insights into effective change management practices, enabling them to navigate transitions and lead successful educational innovations. Addressing challenges in education will also be a key focus, with participants exploring innovative approaches to overcome common obstacles faced by educational institutions. Assessment of participants' progress will be based on active participation, group work, and practical exercises.
Course Methodology:
