Artificial intelligence is transforming education and this Erasmus staff mobility training course helps teachers and school staff stay ahead. Designed for educators at all levels, Teaching with AI: A Practical Guide gives you the hands-on skills and confidence to bring AI tools into your daily teaching practice. Whether you work in a primary school, secondary school, or any other educational setting, this course is built around the real challenges and opportunities you face every day.
Over five days in Valencia, Spain, you will explore how AI can support lesson planning, content creation, student feedback, and classroom management. The programme is practical from the very first day - you will work with real AI tools, try them out in realistic teaching scenarios, and leave with ideas you can apply straight away. No technical background is needed, just a curiosity to learn and a genuine desire to improve your teaching. Our Erasmus staff mobility course is delivered in English and is open to teachers, school leaders, counsellors, and other school staff. Group sizes are kept small to ensure a personalised learning experience and plenty of time for discussion and reflection. Our trainers are experienced educators themselves, so the content is always grounded, relevant, and engaging.
This Erasmus course brings together educators from across Europe, creating a unique opportunity to share experiences, exchange ideas, and build lasting professional connections. The international atmosphere is one of the most valued aspects of Erasmus+ training, and our courses are designed to make the most of that diversity.
