This Erasmus+ course is designed to equip teachers and educators with the knowledge, skills, and techniques necessary to foster and maintain strong teams within the school environment. This course recognizes the significance of teamwork in creating a positive and supportive educational community, where teachers work together to achieve common goals, enhance student learning outcomes, and promote a harmonious school culture.
Throughout this course, participants will explore various theories and models of team building, delve into practical strategies for enhancing collaboration, and examine methods for resolving conflicts and promoting effective communication within teams. They will also discover the benefits of team building activities and learn how to design and implement engaging initiatives that foster cooperation, trust, and camaraderie among team members. Moreover, participants will gain insights into creating inclusive and diverse teams, ensuring that every member's voice is heard and valued.

Course Evaluation: Collecting feedback from participants regarding the course content, delivery, and overall experience
